65 percent of consumers say that financial rewards is the most appealing part of wellness programs. According to a recent survey by Aon Hewitt, the National Business Group on Health and the Futures Company, when asked the most appealing features of a wellness program, consumers ranked financial rewards #1 at 65 percent, followed by “easy to do or convenient” (50%), “access to one-on-one/personal guidance” (26%), “access to technology to track success” (18%), “family involvement” (16%), “friendly competitions against coworkers” (16%) and “group/team activities” (12%).
