According to a recent survey by Aon Hewitt, the National Business Group on Health and the Futures Company, the average value of incentive required to get individuals to participate in a fitness program two or three days/week or one hour during non-work hours is $1-$50 (20%), $51–150 (16%), $151–300 (12%) and $301+ (10%).
