Willis’ eighth annual Health and Productivity Survey released in April 2014, which focused on health care challenges, wellness programs and program design, incentives, global wellness, and health and productivity, looked at the various behaviors for which an individual could earn a premium reduction and found they could earn for the following behaviors: completion of a health risk assessment (41%), participation in a worksite biometric screening event (35%), tobacco use status (22%), participation in a combination of activities and events (21%), completion of an annual well visit/physical (18%), participation in a health improvement program (such as tobacco cessation or weight loss) (16%), completion of a health coaching program (12%), completion of age/gender appropriate preventive screenings (mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.) (10%), meeting or improving targeted biometric values such as weight, blood pressure and cholesterol (9%), for another activity, (8%), health risk assessment score – improvements or maintenance of healthy score (7%), and completion of disease management program (6%). 36 percent could not earn discounted premium contributions (36%).
