According to PWC’s Consumer Intelligence Series report on “The Wearable Future”, consumers were interested in the combination of human-centered design with goal-directed behavior. For instance, reinventing loyalty to reward behaviors, rather than just purchase. This approach is of particular interest to younger consumers—64% of consumers ages 18 to 24 say they would be motivated to use a wearable device if it had some type of gaming component to it.
