According to a new study from AON Hewitt entitled “Inside the Employee Mindset, Key Findings on What Differentiates, What Rewards, and What Communicates” released in February 2015, when employees were asked to “Consider what’s most valuable and engaging to employees when it came to total rewards, the top three answers were:
- “Focus on me, as an employee. After all, my rewards are personal.”
- “Make my total rewards package stand out from the rest…and spell it out.”
- “Offer programs that are well-balanced: good pay, benefits, flexibility, and job training.
