According to a February 2015 report from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans, dubbed Workplace Wellness Trends, based upon interviews with 479 management and professional level employees of U.S. and Canadian firms, organizations most commonly attach incentives to HRAs (47.2%), health screenings (36.9%), smoking-cessation programs (29.2%), fitness programs/competitions (28.6%) and weight –loss/management programs (24.6%) (Exhibit 2).
