According to a new study from AON Hewitt entitled “Inside the Employee Mindset, Key Findings on What Differentiates, What Rewards, and What Communicates” released in February 2015, there’s a strong relationship between employee perceptions of total rewards and employees’ overall engagement levels. Employees who rank their total rewards above others are also more engaged.
