According to a February 2015 report from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans, dubbed Workplace Wellness Trends, based upon interviews with 479 management and professional level employees of U.S. and Canadian firms, more than one in ten organizations (12%) are offering incentives up to the full 50% of coverage limit for tobacco cessation, and 17.3% are offering incentives up to the full 30% of coverage limit provided by ACA for other health standards/activities (Exhibit 5).
