According to a February 2015 report from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans, dubbed Workplace Wellness Trends, based upon interviews with 479 management and professional level employees of U.S. and Canadian firms, outcomes-based incentives are most commonly dependent on HRA/screening score improvements (57.1%), tobacco use (54.8%), and fixed HRA/screening scores (45.2%) (Exhibit 6).
