According to the 2015 bswift Benefits Study, which surveyed 500 benefits decision makers at employers with employee bases in excess of 500 employees, four major trends that emerged were:

  • We continue to see an evolution, not a revolution, in the benefits marketplace.
  • Employers remain committed to managing the health of their self-insured population, with the intent to manage costs.
  • Incentives continue to be a primary tool for driving engagement.
  • Health management programs continue to evolve and expand their offerings.
